1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Averis Global Solutions handles personal data collected through https://www.averisglobalsolutions.com. It does not cover data processed on behalf of clients under a separate services agreement — that is governed by the data processing terms in the relevant contract.
2. What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form, we collect the name, email address, company name, service interest and message you provide. We collect this because you chose to contact us, and we use it only to respond to that enquiry.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing mailing list.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and operational purposes.
3. Analytics and cookies
If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site: which pages they view, where they click and scroll, and recordings of those interactions. Clarity masks what you type into forms. It sets cookies and is operated by Microsoft under its own privacy statement.
If you decline, Clarity does not load. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business-record purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to moksh@averisglobalsolutions.com and we will respond.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
